The Travail Collective, known for its fine-dining restaurant in Robbinsdale, is expanding its portfolio with the reopening of the former i.e. – Italian Eatery as ie By Travail in February. Led by Mike Brown, Bob Gerken, and James Winberg, the team is behind several projects, including Nouvelle Kitchen & Brewing, Pig Ate My Pizza, Dream Creamery, Stargazer cocktail bar, and the reimagined Graze Food Hall. With this new addition, the collective will offer Italian cuisine, complementing its diverse dining experiences.
