Donald Trump will face no jail time, fine, or probation following his conviction…

Donald Trump has been sentenced in the New York hush money case but will face no jail time, fines, or probation. Justice Juan Merchan sentenced Trump to unconditional discharge, meaning he was guilty of the felony charge without further penalties. Trump, who maintained a not guilty plea, plans to appeal the conviction, which officially designates him as a convicted felon. In a televised court appearance, Trump, dressed in a red tie with white stripes, characterized the case as a “political witch hunt” intended to tarnish his reputation and impact his election prospects, which he claimed ultimately failed.

This hush money case is notable as it is the only one of Trump’s four criminal indictments to reach trial. The other pending cases involve allegations related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results and the retention of classified documents post-presidency. Two other federal cases were dropped after Trump’s election victory due to Justice Department policies against prosecuting sitting presidents. The appeals process is expected to be lengthy, potentially extending into Trump’s next presidential term, as he seeks to overturn this conviction. For more details, visit the link provided.

Meanwhile you can’t even get a crappy minimum wage job in most places with a felony

I’m getting out of jury duty every time. When they ask if I can be impartial that’s gonna be a big No. Justice system doesn’t matter anymore.

I had unconditional discharge once. Took some antibiotics that eventually cleared it up, but it was a long couple of weeks 😕.

No fine? He’s rich? Why wouldn’t the court want a chunk of that change?

So if he’s a convicted felon, how is he supposed to travel to Canada to annex it?

Trump could unironically shoot up a preschool and not go to jail at this point

Our justice system is an absolute joke. How can a man who can’t legally vote, run for public office?

There is genuinely no reason not to punish him if he truly is guilty. This is brain dead activity and goes to show that even judges are as morally corruptible as politicians.

Will he be submitting his DNA for the criminal database?
