The report, highlighting additional trips in 2021 funded by billionaire Harlan Crow, found Thomas has accepted over $4.75 million in gifts since his 1991 confirmation. As public trust in the Court declines, the Democratic chair, Sen. Dick Durbin, advocates for an enforceable ethics code.
