Trump criticized President Biden’s policy shift allowing Ukraine to use U.S. weapons to strike Russia and suggested Ukraine might receive less military aid under his administration. He previously met with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and urged for an immediate ceasefire during discussions with French President Macron.
