World War Z Overview
World War Z is a cooperative third-person shooter developed and published by Saber Interactive Inc, which was released on September 21, 2021. This action-packed game supports up to four players and has garnered over 20 million players. Set against the backdrop of an undead apocalypse inspired by the Paramount Pictures film, players traverse global settings—from New York to Moscow, Japan, and Jerusalem—fighting against swarming hordes of zombies.
Utilizing the innovative Swarm Engine™, the game features realistic zombie behavior, with hordes acting like massive entities during intense firefights. Players choose from eight unique classes, each with distinct perks, enhancing the gameplay experience.
In addition to cooperative campaigns, players can engage in intense player-versus-player (PvP) versus zombies (PvZ) modes. The current download includes various DLCs providing additional content.
